What you will do
- Manage a concurrent portfolio of advisor transitions from discovery through handoff to Advisor Success.
- Plan and execute day-one readiness, including forms, compliance, branding, and client communications.
- Run prioritized account-transfer batches and track ramp progress daily.
- Manage exception queues and ramp-risk flags, resolving issues throughout each transition.
- Train advisors to become self-sufficient across CRM, reporting, and custodial systems.
- Direct matrixed service, operations, and vendor resources assigned to each transition.
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in advisor transitions, brokerage operations, or wealth management project management.
- Demonstrated ownership of advisor moves from end to end, rather than supporting only part of the process.
- Strong knowledge of account-transfer mechanics and exception resolution.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent transitions under firm deadlines and competing priorities.
- Client-facing communication skills suitable for serving as the advisor's primary contact during a high-stress period.
- Bachelor's degree required.
