Client Service Associate (Wealth Management)

Location: Hybrid role based in the Wilmington, Delaware office, United States

What you will do

• Partner with Client Service Teams to support ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Maintain accurate client relationship data and complete documentation in internal databases and applications.
• Coordinate with custodians and internal Operations teams to process client requests correctly.
• Prepare new account paperwork, contracts, and subscription agreements.
• Manage account openings and closures, including separately managed accounts and brokerage accounts.
• Process cash and security movements, including deposits, withdrawals, gifts, wires, and journals, and review billing accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Finance or Business preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial services, preferably wealth management.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint.
• Motivation to learn and develop professionally.
