Site Manager (DashMart)

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States; on-site leadership of a local distribution center supporting a 24/7 operation, including late-night and weekend availability.

Salary: $64,800–$95,300 USD base salary per year, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Manage a 5,000–15,000 sq. ft. distribution center and its local warehouse operations.
• Recruit, lead, coach, and retain Shift Leads and Operations Associates while promoting safe and productive work.
• Own scheduling, labor budgeting, multi-shift coverage, and daily site performance.
• Maintain order accuracy, fulfillment speed, product quality, and customer experience metrics.
• Partner with inventory and training teams to provide operational tools and resources.
• Use data to identify inefficiencies and design, build, and execute warehouse process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of team leadership experience in high-volume retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfillment, logistics, or operations environments.
• Experience managing high-performance teams of 10+ employees and developing people.
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 business, including some late-night and weekend availability.
• College degree or relevant professional experience.
• Experience analyzing data with Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas and pivot tables.
• Ability to solve operational problems in rapidly changing and ambiguous environments.
