Analyst, Electric Field Operations (Hybrid Schedule)

Location: Berlin, Connecticut, United States. Hybrid schedule requiring at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays; availability to work up to five days in the office may be required. Travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire is required as necessary.

Annual salary: $85,750.00–$95,280.00, plus potential incentive.

What you will do

• Analyze business processes, operational data, staffing availability, and workforce resource gaps.
• Produce concise reports and actionable analysis covering safety trends, performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support budgeting, accounting, financial visibility, and tracking of regulatory, compliance, and organizational commitments.
• Develop reports, presentations, procedures, ad-hoc queries, and other decision-support materials.
• Work with departments across the company to improve processes and implement operational changes.
• Support storm restoration and emergency response assignments as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent combined education and experience.
• Three to five years of related experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, statistical, mathematical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with budgeting and accounting concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, charts, and functions.
• Must be able to work the required hybrid schedule, travel between MA/CT/NH, and participate in emergency restoration assignments.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with electrical utilities and electrical distribution systems.
