Junior Learning Support Specialist (Online Education)

Location: Remote, Kazakhstan; working hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, 5 days on / 2 days off

Salary: $1,000–$1,300 USD per month net, plus performance-based bonuses

What you will do

• Provide daily learning and administrative support to students, parents, and teachers.
• Assist with student onboarding, scheduling, attendance tracking, and coordination.
• Communicate with families and staff through email, messaging platforms, and calls.
• Support teachers with academic and organizational tasks.
• Resolve student concerns, collect feedback, and assist with basic technical or platform-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare routine student reports, and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort working with students, parents, and teachers in an online setting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Availability for 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, 5 days on / 2 days off.

Nice to have

• Spanish-speaking ability is highly encouraged.
