Consult Partner - Public (Technology Consulting): Leading complex public-sector consulting engagements, strategic change agendas, and business development across senior client relationships with an accent on CXO advisory, financial impact, and transformation delivery. Salary: Minimum €122,500 gross yearly

What you will do

  • Lead complex consulting engagements and strategic transformation agendas across major public-sector accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and lead senior client interactions, consulting initiatives, and engagement deliverables.
  • Drive profitable growth through business development, pipeline conversion, revenue targets, signings, and backlog growth.
  • Scope engagements, negotiate fees, manage commercial risk, and oversee margins and financial outcomes.
  • Design and oversee multidisciplinary engagements, ensuring delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and team utilization.
  • Develop consulting talent, thought leadership, strategic initiatives, and industry innovation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, including delivery, business development, and sales growth.
  • Extensive CXO-level client engagement and relationship management experience.
  • Proven experience leading complex projects with multidisciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public-sector environments.
  • Strong financial acumen, including revenue growth, margin management, and high-value business development.
  • Experience in public-sector industries and a broad CXO-level network in Austria.
  • Excellent spoken and written German and English are required.
