What you will do

• Lead complex consulting engagements and multidisciplinary teams for major manufacturing accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with CXO-level customers and lead senior executive interactions.
• Create and position strategic change agendas connecting AI, infrastructure, business, and IT outcomes.
• Drive profitable growth through pipeline development, signings, revenue, margin, and backlog management.
• Define engagement scope, negotiate fees, manage risk, and oversee delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop consulting talent, thought leadership, innovation, and the organization’s industry presence.

Requirements

• Extensive customer engagement and relationship management experience at the CXO level.
• Experience building and commercializing relationships with senior executives.
• Proven record leading complex projects with multidisciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public-sector environments.
• Strong financial acumen, including revenue growth and margin management.
• Experience supporting high-value business development with senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and technology, with demonstrated innovation and change leadership.
