What you will do

• Support the Accounting Manager with consolidation and financial reporting processes.
• Reconcile and eliminate intercompany balances and investments in subsidiaries.
• Prepare account reconciliations for bank accounts, fixed assets, accounts receivable, accounts payable, accruals, revenue, payroll, and significant expenses.
• Analyze the impact of multi-currency transactions and foreign exchange rates on financial statements.
• Prepare audit schedules and support quarterly and annual financial reviews.
• Contribute to improving the efficiency of the consolidation process and participate in special projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience and a bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and previous consolidation experience.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; QuickBooks experience is preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with senior managers and colleagues.

Nice to have

• CPA designation.
• French or Spanish language skills.
