Location: Remote, with listed locations in Toronto, Canada and Vancouver, Canada

What you will do
- Source technical hardware talent in a highly competitive market.
- Partner with founders, engineering leaders, and the principal recruiter to understand hiring objectives.
- Align sourcing strategies with organizational hiring needs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates.
- Deliver a high-quality, holistic candidate experience through innovative sourcing techniques, networking, events, and marketing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on sourcing and creative talent attraction.
- Proven success sourcing and recruiting technical hardware talent.
- Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or another applicant tracking system.
- Experience working in fast-growing, quickly scaling startups.
Nice to have
- Recruiting experience in robotics and/or autonomy.
