Technology Risk & Resilience Manager (Second Line)

What you will do

• Provide independent second-line oversight and credible challenge of technology, IT, information security, and cyber risk.
• Integrate technology risk into operational risk, resilience, governance, and regulatory frameworks, including DORA.
• Review technology risk registers, control inventories, risk assessments, incidents, remediation activities, and impact analyses.
• Assess technology dependencies across applications, infrastructure, important business services, and third-party ICT providers.
• Support resilience testing, scenario analysis, incident classification, escalation, and regulatory reporting assessments.
• Prepare committee papers and management reporting, translating technical risk information into business-relevant insights.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in second-line or independent oversight of technology, IT, cyber, or information security risk.
• Experience in financial institutions, fund services, asset servicing, or another regulated financial services environment.
• Experience with DORA, operational resilience, or similar regulatory regimes and cross-jurisdictional regulatory environments.
• Knowledge of technology risk, information security, third-party technology risk, operational resilience, and information management frameworks.
• Degree in technology, business, or a related discipline, plus CRISC, CISSP, or CISM qualification.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with senior technology and business stakeholders, including CISO, CIO, and CTO functions.

• Professional qualification in risk or a related discipline.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience onboarding new systems or technology.
• Power BI, Tableau, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 experience.
