Key Account Manager (FMCG)

What you will do

• Deliver sales targets through customer business plans aligned with channel and category objectives.
• Develop and execute regional and category strategies for modern trade accounts.
• Analyze data, forecast sales and trade budgets, and optimize profitability.
• Build promotion plans, investment proposals, and customer growth initiatives.
• Negotiate with customers, strengthen relationships, and ensure full portfolio presence on shelves.
• Monitor customer strategies and competitor trends while ensuring budget compliance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Key Account Management experience and more than 6 years of total professional experience.
• Experience in FMCG and working with B2C customers.
• Strong sales, analytical, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
• University degree in a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Kazakh and Russian is essential.
• English proficiency at B1 level or above is required. Knowledge of MS Office programs is also required.
