About the company
We are an international fintech company developing modern payment solutions for businesses worldwide.

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Analytics team in Cyprus and work closely with the Head of Analytics.

This is a great opportunity for a Junior / Junior+ specialist who enjoys working with data, is highly attentive to detail, and wants to grow within BI & Analytics in the fintech industry.

What you’ll do:
• Collect, validate, structure, and maintain business data
• Work with payment provider tariffs, clients, payment channels, terminals, and other operational data
• Ensure data is accurate, up-to-date, and correctly reflected in internal systems
• Work with Excel and databases on a daily basis
• Perform basic SQL queries and prepare data exports for Finance and other teams
• Support the Head of Analytics with regular data and reporting tasks
• Collaborate with Finance, PSP, Sales, Product, and other internal teams
• Potentially contribute to internal and product documentation

What we’re looking for:
• Junior / Junior+ level
• Strong Excel skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Structured and analytical thinking
• Ability to work with routine and moderately large volumes of data
• Responsible, organized, and comfortable working with different systems
• Experience in FinTech / Payments / Banking is a plus, but not required
• Power BI is a plus, but not a must-have

📍 Location: Cyprus — must-have
🏢 Working model: Office-based

You’ll be joining a small Analytics team with direct exposure to the Head of Analytics and the opportunity to gradually grow into more advanced BI, reporting, and analytics tasks.
