TL;DR
DevOps Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes): Designing, automating, monitoring, and maintaining cloud infrastructure for a Cloud Platform team with an accent on Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and platform reliability. Focus on improving developer experience, troubleshooting distributed infrastructure, supporting incident response and disaster recovery, and participating in operational support when agreed.
What you will do
- Design, deploy, monitor, and maintain AWS and Kubernetes cloud infrastructure.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and automate operational workflows using Bash, Python, or Go.
- Support CI/CD processes and help engineering teams use the cloud platform effectively.
- Troubleshoot platform and infrastructure issues with Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
- Improve platform reliability, incident response, disaster recovery, and developer experience.
- Evaluate technologies, recommend implementations, and participate in on-call support when agreed.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience as a DevOps, Platform, or Cloud Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
- Experience with public cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Good knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes.
- Experience with Python, Go, Bash, or another programming or scripting language.
- Professional proficiency in English and strong technical communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with GitOps tools such as FluxCD or ArgoCD.
- Experience with Istio, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or API gateways.
- Experience improving developer experience in engineering organizations.
- Experience in agile or product-oriented technology environments.
- Open-source or upstream repository contributions.
