Manufacturing Executive (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Support daily semiconductor assembly operations across molding, plating, trim and form, singulation, die bond, and wire bond.
• Monitor output, cycle time, yield, utilization, scrap, and delivery performance.
• Analyze production issues, line abnormalities, and equipment downtime, coordinating corrective actions with relevant teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality requirements, and EHS standards.
• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, CAPA, NPI, process qualifications, and manufacturing transfers.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in semiconductor, electronics, or other high-volume manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor assembly processes, manufacturing flow, SPC, yield management, and problem-solving methods.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production-floor environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with semiconductor assembly processes or backend manufacturing operations.
• Exposure to MES, SAP, or other manufacturing execution systems.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, 8D, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, and process control methodologies.
