Product Owner (AI)

Location: Athens, Attiki, Greece. Hybrid way of working with a blend of remote and office-based work, including the option to work from abroad.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end development of critical digital and AI enablers used by other teams.
• Coordinate digital engineering strategy, product roadmaps, and development priorities based on market needs, competition, and group direction.
• Prioritize value for the Digital Engineering team and create backlog increments, including themes, epics, and user stories.
• Manage the digital channel roadmap and present product direction and features to teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to assess features, technical feasibility, and incremental delivery.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience developing digital products, with a proven record of launched applications.
• Strong technical background and knowledge of the digital industry and services.
• Experience managing internal and external business partners and delivering concurrent projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to translate business documents into high-level technical requirements and understand digital operations from customer-facing functions to back office.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Kanban, Lean, Scrum, or Design Thinking.
