Product Management Specialist (Fintech)

hirify.global provides merchant acquiring services through its Greek joint venture, NBG Pay, supporting small, medium, large, and corporate merchants across Greece.

What you will do

• Drive product vision and champion the assigned portfolio across the organization.
• Shape and maintain the product roadmap using customer feedback, usage metrics, and competitive research.
• Manage the product lifecycle for portfolio offerings.
• Work with Product Development, Services, Sales, customers, and partners to improve products and guide future development.
• Support sales with product expertise, consulting, tools, and collateral.
• Manage product P&L, including revenue and profit growth for existing and new products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a similar product management role, ideally in the payments industry.
• Experience with business product services and/or external customer or market-facing work.
• Excellent written and verbal Greek and English language skills.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain high standards of professionalism and customer experience in a complex environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience in a software development environment or professional services role.
• Direct experience with software development, testing, or business analysis.
• Experience with Agile software products and delivery methodologies.
