AI Tutor - Video (Weekend)

Location: Remote worldwide, subject to legal eligibility, time-zone compatibility, and role-specific needs. Set working hours on Saturday and Sunday. US-based candidates cannot be hired in Wyoming or Illinois.

Salary: $40–$75 per hour for US-based candidates. Compensation information for international candidates is provided during recruitment.

What you will do

• Use proprietary software to create labels, annotations, and inputs for video and multimedia projects.
• Deliver curated data capturing motion, timing, transitions, and visual effects.
• Help train and refine Grok's ability to interpret and generate video content.
• Analyze video sequences and explain the technical factors that make them effective or ineffective.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality video work, such as edited shorts, motion graphics, VFX breakdowns, compositing reels, or similar projects.
• Strong skills in video editing, pacing, color grading, and narrative flow.
• Hands-on proficiency with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Nuke, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, and communication skills in English.
• For work from a personal device: Chromebook, Mac running macOS 11.0 or later, or Windows 10 or later.

Nice to have

• Experience with compositing, rotoscoping, or motion tracking.
• Familiarity with AI video generation tools such as Grok Imagine, Runway, Kling, Sora, or Veo.
• Experience with 3D integration, matchmoving, or CG compositing.
• Familiarity with Python, plugins, or post-production automation.
