Software Engineer (ML/LLM)

What you will do

• Develop and refine machine learning models supporting Snowflake’s business.
• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based solutions and agent architectures.
• Design metrics and experiments to validate model and product insights.
• Implement services and projects across Java and Python, hosted in Snowflake and Kubernetes.
• Build intelligent workflows, scalable evaluations, and incident-discovery capabilities using embeddings, clustering, summarization, and agents.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and partner teams while contributing to product vision and team planning.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. degree in computer science or an equivalent discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 1+ years of working machine learning experience.
• Interest in state-of-the-art LLM-based solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and an interest in working with diverse peers and external developers.
• Enjoyment of building software and learning new technologies.
