Professional Customer Service (German) (Order Management/Back Office): Managing customer orders, complaints, written communication, and price quotations for German-speaking customers and colleagues with an accent on accuracy, reliability, and German-language communication. Focus on recording and amending orders, preparing quotations, handling complaints, and learning S/4HANA and AI-supported solutions.
Location: Hódmezővásárhely, Hungary; hybrid home-office and office work in weekly shifts. Free shuttle service is available from Szeged.

What you will do
- Record and modify customer orders.
- Handle customer complaints and prepare written responses.
- Communicate in writing and verbally with German-speaking colleagues.
- Prepare and amend price quotations.
- Support order management and back-office activities.
Requirements
- Strong German language skills are required.
- Work reliably, independently, and accurately.
- Demonstrate resilience and critical thinking.
- Have user-level computer skills and be open to IT solutions such as S/4HANA and AI.
- Career starters are welcome to apply.
Nice to have
- English or another foreign language.
- User-level SAP skills.
