Support Associate (French Speaking)

Location: Onsite in Budapest, 2nd district; availability and the right to work in Hungary required

Salary: 467,000 HUF gross per month for a 40-hour full-time position, plus shift and language allowance. Student part-time base rate: 2,800 HUF per hour.

What you will do

• Assist customers, courier partners, and venues across multiple countries through live chat and phone.
• Help maintain smooth and efficient delivery operations.
• Work with the Support team and other hirify.global teams to improve service quality.
• Handle support activity across morning, evening, and weekend shifts in a 24/7 operation.

Requirements

• Professional working proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Clear, warm communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability and the right to work in Hungary.
• Availability for at least 30 hours per week across different shift types.
• Previous customer service experience is not required; training is provided.
