Senior DevOps Engineer (Singapore)

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute production deployments, maintenance windows, and emergency releases.
• Share production deployment ownership with the US-based Platform Engineering team to provide global operational coverage.
• Build automated deployment solutions, reusable frameworks, standardized workflows, and self-service deployment capabilities.
• Modernize CI/CD initiatives using CircleCI and related technologies.
• Develop release readiness standards, rollback procedures, operational playbooks, and post-release improvement processes.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering, SRE, QA, Product Management, Release Management, and Security teams.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Build and Release Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or a related field.
• Strong experience supporting and automating production software deployments in cloud environments.
• Expertise building enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines with CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Experience with artifact repositories such as JFrog Artifactory, Git workflows, release management, and deployment orchestration.
• Valid working rights in Singapore are required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps capabilities such as SAST, SCA, DAST, SBOM generation, secrets management, and policy enforcement.
• Experience improving engineering productivity and DORA metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
