Recruiter (Semiconductor)

Location: Hwasung (Dongtan), South Korea; shuttle buses are provided from Seoul and the surrounding metropolitan area.

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings, sourcing, and selection through onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key engineering positions through multiple sourcing channels.
• Attract, engage, and prescreen candidates using creative and market-relevant approaches.
• Partner with HR line, HR Business Partners, business leaders, and hiring managers on recruitment strategies.
• Maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System, prepare recruitment reports, and recommend improvements.
• Lead or participate in local and global recruitment projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in HR and 3–9 years of solid recruitment experience in multinational companies.
• Experience operating or implementing an Applicant Tracking System.
• Strong business acumen, communication, prioritization, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated team player able to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology under applicable United States Export Administration Regulations is required before starting.

Nice to have

• Recruitment agency experience focused on the semiconductor or engineering sector.
• Knowledge of the semiconductor industry in Korea.
