Focus on resolving complex incidents, managing secure device deployments and decommissioning, improving asset visibility, and building scalable automation and self-service solutions.

What you will do
- Resolve complex workplace technology incidents and service requests across endpoint, application, collaboration, and connectivity environments.
- Support executive leadership, Board members, and other critical users with high-quality technical assistance.
- Manage the complete device lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, assignment, transfers, returns, replacements, data wiping, and decommissioning.
- Administer endpoint management platforms, device policies, software deployments, operating system upgrades, and security requirements in an Apple-focused environment.
- Operate conference rooms, video conferencing platforms, audio-visual systems, room scheduling tools, and digital displays for critical meetings and events.
- Improve workplace technology through automation, self-service, user training, root-cause analysis, pilots, rollouts, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in workplace technology, IT operations, endpoint management, or end-user technology services.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting Apple enterprise environments, particularly macOS and iOS.
- Knowledge of endpoint management, device policies, software deployment, IT asset management, inventory tracking, and device lifecycle practices.
- Experience with conference room technologies, audio-visual systems, video conferencing, hybrid meetings, endpoint security, identity and access management, and device compliance.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, customer service, and prioritization skills.
