Senior Scientist, Drug Product Development

Location: South San Francisco, California, United States; three to five days per week in the lab. Remote applicants are not considered.

Salary: $139,000–$169,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Develop pre-formulation packages for hirify.global molecules.
• Select formulations for drug product development.
• Develop manufacturing processes.
• Develop solid oral dosage forms as the primary focus of the role.
• Support development of other dosage forms as programs evolve.
• Work collaboratively in a dynamic drug product development environment.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field with at least 8 years of experience.
• Alternatively, a B.S. or M.S. degree with at least 10 years of related industrial experience.
• Experience relevant to drug product development, formulation, and manufacturing process development.
• Ability to work in South San Francisco and spend three to five days per week in the lab; remote applicants are not considered.
