Deployment Engineer (AI)

Location: Downtown Toronto office near Union Station; onsite four to five days per week

hirify.global develops an agentic AI platform that performs enterprise accounting work, including journal entries, transaction matching, reconciliations, and flux analysis, with accountant review and approval.

What you will do

• Work with Account Executives on complex enterprise deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Lead technical discovery calls, run proofs of concept, and present tailored customer demos.
• Create implementation scoping documents for customer launches.
• Tune prompts and models to achieve the required AI performance for each client.
• Build integrations with revenue, billing, accounts payable, and other transaction systems, plus custom customer modules.
• Troubleshoot, debug, fix, upgrade, and support deployed software in production while partnering with product and engineering.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in forward deployed engineering, sales engineering, implementation engineering, or solutions engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline; computer science is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, or Python.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort working directly with customers.
• Experience supporting technical sales processes for enterprise customers with Account Executives.
• Proactive, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
