Senior Fullstack Engineer (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid office role based in Alvalade, Lisbon, Portugal, with flexibility to work remotely

What you will do

• Own complex full-stack features end to end, delivering robust software that meets performance, security, scalability, and business requirements.
• Design full-stack systems and contribute to technical decisions about tools, APIs, frameworks, and application architecture.
• Identify technical debt and improve tooling, build processes, system architecture, and deployment efficiency.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
• Promote maintainable code, automated testing, CI/CD integration, and clean architecture practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience delivering software products through the design, development, release, and market delivery cycle.
• Strong frontend and backend development experience, with the ability to work across the full stack.
• Experience developing SaaS and cloud-based applications.
• Experience with C#, Python, Nuxt, PostgreSQL, and AWS; experience with every technology is not required.
• Strong communication, analytical, architecture, infrastructure, and business understanding.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
