Software Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design and implement secure, scalable services supporting multiple financial products.
• Monitor and maintain high-availability fintech services.
• Build automated unit and integration tests.
• Maintain production CI/CD pipelines and deploy modern web applications to cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, internal stakeholders, and clients.
• Coach teammates and contribute to an entrepreneurial, quality-focused engineering culture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience or a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Professional experience building secure, maintainable, and high-performance software.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience integrating APIs and external web services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, and distributed systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed development team.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or Heroku.
• Fintech experience.
