What you will do
- Ensure product quality through automated and manual testing, test execution, quality tracking, and reporting across the software development lifecycle.
- Evaluate requirements, define testing strategies, and manage test plans and cases to achieve robust coverage.
- Develop test frameworks, scripts, tools, and test environments, including data generation and validation.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster feedback.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, QA, technical support, and customer service to improve product quality and workflow automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a SET, software engineer, test automation engineer, or QA engineer.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Cypress, Jenkins, and other test automation frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices, DevOps pipelines, and test automation integration.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience testing mobile iOS and Android applications and web applications.
- Strong understanding of performance and load testing.
- Expertise in at least one core area: performance and load testing, CI/CD and DevOps automation, or test tools and framework development.
- Experience with JMeter, Locust, Jenkins pipeline scripting, observability tooling, Vue, Flask, or Django.
- Demonstrated use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, or Claude to improve workflows and productivity.
