What you will do

• Lead QA activities across software projects and drive quality delivery.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test strategies.
• Develop and maintain test automation solutions using Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product risks and ensure software quality.
• Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and improve testing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of software testing experience.
• Strong Python programming and test automation skills.
• Experience leading QA activities or serving as a project or test lead.
• Understanding of functional, integration, system, regression, and performance testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience testing automotive, voice AI, or embedded software.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes and CI/CD pipelines.
