Full Stack Developer (Java/Oracle)

Location: Hybrid in Kraków, Poland, with 6 days per month in the Kraków office; remote days depend on the client’s arrangements.

What you will do

• Migrate a critical web application from Windows servers to an application server hosted on Red Hat Linux.
• Validate UAT environments and support OAT and production installations, deployment preparation, cutover readiness, and post-go-live validation.
• Support functional, technical, and regression testing, resolve defects, and improve release stability before go-live.
• Develop web functionality using Java, Spring Boot, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and JSP.
• Create Oracle data pipelines with PL/SQL and build Linux Shell scripts for data checks, logging, and process monitoring.
• Maintain deployment documentation and collaborate with development, testing, infrastructure, release, and operations teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer working with web application migration and backend development.
• Strong experience troubleshooting configuration and runtime issues in Red Hat Linux environments.
• Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, JSP, Oracle PL/SQL, and Linux Shell scripting.
• Experience with deployment and troubleshooting in Linux environments, GitHub, and Ansible.
• Ability to support test-driven migration processes, regression testing, defect resolution, and production readiness.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for cross-functional work under strict go-live timelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with data quality frameworks and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with release management and runbook preparation.
• Understanding of performance optimization for Oracle and application servers.
