TL;DR
Future Talent - Automation Specialist (Automation): Developing automation solutions for food processing and packaging customers with an accent on Siemens and Rockwell programming, control design, and control architecture. Focus on implementing multi-project automation solutions, configuring SCADA and control networks, and collaborating with customers and international teams.

Location: Bogotá, Colombia. Up to 50% travel within the Andina and C&C region may be required. Work visa and relocation sponsorship are not provided.

What you will do

  • Learn and develop automation solutions for customers as part of the Automation team.
  • Support implementation, control design, programming, and quotations.
  • Develop knowledge of control architecture, SCADA systems, and control networks.
  • Work across multiple projects and adapt to individual project needs.
  • Collaborate with customers and colleagues in local and international environments.
  • Travel within the Andina and C&C region for approximately 50% of the time.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with an engineering degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Automation and Control, or a related field.
  • Basic programming knowledge in Siemens and/or Rockwell.
  • Basic knowledge of control architecture, SCADA systems, and control networks.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and communicative approach.
  • Conversational English and Spanish are required.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge.
