TL;DR
Junior Application Engineer (Robotics): Developing and integrating robotics systems based on a company controller for industrial applications with an accent on software engineering, system integration, deployment, and partner support. Focus on programming, testing, calibration, on-site installation, user acceptance testing, and maintaining deployed systems.
Location: On-site in Hanoi, Vietnam
Compensation: 90% of salary during the probation period; competitive remuneration package.

is a deep-tech startup in Southeast Asia developing in-house technologies and robotics solutions for industrial applications and partner products.
What you will do
- Develop full-fledged robotics systems using the Company Controller in collaboration with the Product Team.
- Design, program, test, integrate, and deploy software solutions for partner products and applications.
- Define product and application requirements and specifications with partner engineers.
- Provide partner, system integrator, and customer support, including training, demonstrations, and troubleshooting.
- Install systems on site, including delivery, calibration, and User Acceptance Tests.
- Maintain installed systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in the same or a related position.
- Experience developing turnkey solutions related to IT, embedded systems, or AI.
- Fluent English and familiarity with professional presentation, documentation, planning, and time-management processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with attention to detail, responsibility, honesty, and teamwork.
Nice to have
- Experience with software development processes and UI/UX design and implementation.
- Knowledge of AI, computer vision, deep learning frameworks, robotics, kinematics, calibration, or motion planning.
- Familiarity with Linux software development and tools such as Git.
- Background in algorithms, linear algebra, probability, or statistics.
