Staff Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam; onsite position with no remote work available

What you will do

• Validate MCUs and embedded systems through board-level and system-level evaluation.
• Analyze MCU architecture and support board bring-up and debugging.
• Debug hardware and protocols using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol tools.
• Develop and use C/C++ programming and test automation capabilities.
• Apply data analytics and cross-functional problem-solving to validation activities.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in MCU/embedded system validation or semiconductor development.
• Strong knowledge of MCU architecture and embedded systems.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol tools.
• Experience with board-level and system-level evaluation.
• Strong problem-solving and English communication skills.
