Senior Façade / Building Envelopes Engineer

What you will do

• Deliver façade and building envelope projects and work packages across commercial and residential developments.
• Provide technical input on design, assessment, investigation, rehabilitation, and construction projects.
• Work with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to design reviews, project planning, proposals, scoping, fee development, and technical delivery.
• Apply specialist capabilities such as building physics, WUFI analysis, sustainability, computational design, and specialist façade systems.
• Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and improve technical tools and processes.

Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in façade engineering, building envelopes, or a related field.
• Experience delivering façade projects and practical, buildable solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness, including project scope, fees, and risk.
• Experience level from Intermediate through to Senior; adjacent architectural experience with strong façade delivery and product knowledge may also be relevant.
