TL;DR
Head of FP&A (iGaming): Leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis for a multi-brand online gaming operator with an accent on iGaming KPIs, player behaviour, financial modelling, and data quality. Focus on building predictive models, translating complex financial and gaming data into actionable insights, and supporting strategic decisions across product, marketing, game development, and user acquisition.
Location: Hybrid role based in St. Julian's, Malta; includes up to 30 days of overseas working.

What you will do
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management across the organisation.
- Analyse financial data, gaming performance, player behaviour, and commercial drivers to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop financial models and statistical analyses for business scenarios, predictions, and data-based decisions.
- Define, measure, and report iGaming KPIs while monitoring actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Oversee financial data collection, validation, reporting, data quality, controls, and risk management.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Game Development, User Acquisition, department heads, and senior leadership to communicate insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Senior-level FP&A experience in the iGaming industry is required.
- Proven experience leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
- Strong financial modelling, data analysis, commercial thinking, and understanding of iGaming KPIs and player behaviour.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Experience managing stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Game Development, and User Acquisition.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
