What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable Golang backend services, RESTful APIs, and stable data contracts.
- Develop distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven communication with reliable messaging, idempotency, error handling, and backward compatibility.
- Optimize production performance, reliability, and resource utilization.
- Secure APIs and service integrations through authentication, authorization, and identity-management best practices.
- Build integrations with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, Genesys Cloud, and other enterprise platforms.
- Participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and automated testing.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Strong Golang backend development experience, including concurrency and asynchronous workflows.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging technologies such as Kafka, NATS, or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with AWS, cloud-native architectures, microservices, distributed systems, and relational or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, API design, secure authentication and authorization, and backward-compatible event schemas.
- Strong commitment to unit and integration testing.
Nice to have
- React, TypeScript, or Protobuf experience.
- Experience with Azure or GCP.
- Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, or other observability tools.
- Experience with Keycloak, Auth0, Okta, or similar identity and access management solutions.
