Residential Support Representative I

Location: Tucson, AZ; regular and predictable on-site attendance required

Salary: $16.88–$24.23 per hour, plus benefits, 401(k) contribution, and eligibility for a short-term incentive plan

What you will do

• Provide technical assistance with installation and support for residential product lines.
• Process orders, returns, pricing inquiries, and service requests across multiple product lines.
• Use SAP and CRM resources to manage customer interactions and provide shipment and pricing information.
• Verify parts and service quantities and coordinate shipping options.
• Escalate product quality issues and customer complaints.
• Educate customers about product features and convert inquiries into sales.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in a high-volume customer assistance environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong typing skills.
• Mechanical and logical aptitude.
• Ability to work on-site in Tucson, follow the assigned shift or schedule, and work additional hours as needed.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of college or technical school.
• Experience in a technical support environment.
