What you will do

• Lead clinical data management strategies for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Oversee clinical data science workstreams and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science techniques into clinical trial designs.
• Analyze clinical data to provide insights for study decisions and outcomes.
• Guide data governance, quality control, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Build stakeholder partnerships around data science and technology advances in clinical research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Extensive clinical data science experience focused on data management and analysis in clinical trials.
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
• Expertise in data analysis tools, statistical software, and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15% as required.
