Lead Biostatistician (Oncology Clinical Studies)

Salary: $144,000–$180,000 USD annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the statistical design, analytical planning, analysis, and reporting for multiple oncology clinical utility studies.
• Develop and justify efficient study designs for complex oncology use cases, including adaptive and biomarker-informed approaches.
• Act as study statistician and collaborate with clinical, medical, translational, and executive stakeholders.
• Prepare and review statistical analysis plans, tables, listings, figures, clinical study reports, and publications.
• Apply innovative statistical methods, mentor early-career statisticians, and improve analytical tools, templates, and processes.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field; Ph.D. preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in clinical trial biostatistics.
• Expertise in time-to-event analysis, censoring, competing risks, advanced survival modeling, power calculations, and endpoint evaluation.
• Experience with adaptive, biomarker-enabled, and other innovative clinical study designs.
• Working knowledge of ICH, GCP, and CDISC standards, including SDTM and ADaM.
• Proficiency in R and ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of NGS-based diagnostics and ctDNA/MRD.
• Experience with non-inferiority studies.
