Location: Visp, Switzerland; fully site-based role

What you will do

• Support QCII laboratories in maintaining GMP, ISO, and quality compliance.
• Assist with CAPA implementation, investigation management, and closure of quality events.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities with laboratory teams.
• Support data integrity, Good Documentation Practices, and data management initiatives.
• Improve laboratory organization and operational excellence through 6S activities.
• Prepare documentation for audits, inspections, SOPs, training, and compliance programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Quality Control, compliance, and regulated environments.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• German is mandatory.
