Salesforce Admin/Developer (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce org, including users, security, data quality, reports, and dashboards.
• Design, build, and optimize Flows and other declarative automation.
• Establish best practices for data architecture, change management, and platform governance.
• Configure and enhance CPQ and quoting workflows, including product and pricing rules, approvals, and quote templates.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Evaluate integrations and provide light custom development with Apex or Lightning Web Components when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including user and security management, Flow Builder, and reporting.
• Production experience with Flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Direct experience configuring a CPQ or quoting solution is required.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) at minimum.
• Ability to work independently in a remote role based in the United States and manage multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
• Working knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience in GovCon, professional services, IT, or cybersecurity reseller environments.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with finance, contracts, or PSA/PPM tools.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Platform Developer I certification.
