TL;DR
Salesforce Core (SFDC) Developer (Salesforce/Apex/Lightning Web Components): Designing, developing, and testing custom Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud with an accent on integrations, security, and scalable configuration. Focus on building Apex and LWC functionality, connecting ERP/POS/PIM systems through middleware, and supporting CI/CD deployments and code quality.
Location: Bengaluru, India; remote and hybrid work options are available depending on the country.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and unit-test custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder.
- Deliver functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, including clienteling, case management, OMS, and B2B/B2C portals.
- Build and maintain integrations with ERP, POS, PIM/DAM, and payment systems through middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, record types, permission sets, and sharing rules alongside custom code.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, effort estimation, code reviews, deployments, sandbox refreshes, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate delivered functionality.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow Builder, and the Salesforce security and sharing model.
- Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs and working with integration middleware.
- Understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud data models and standard functionality.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD tooling, secure coding practices, OWASP, and Salesforce governor limits.
- Ability to write clear technical documentation and Apex unit tests.
- Good written and spoken English is required.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
- Salesforce Administrator or App Builder certification.
- Experience with Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud or other China-specific Salesforce deployments.
- Experience in retail, luxury goods, or omnichannel CRM environments.
