Junior VO Producer (Media Localization)

Media localization company working on voice-over, dubbing, and audiovisual content for international titles.

What you will do

• Support voice-over, dubbing, original voice-over, and advertising localization projects.
• Organize recording sessions with talents, studios, and production teams.
• Prepare and manage project materials, metadata, and delivery files.
• Coordinate with sound engineers, dubbing directors, and linguists.
• Track project timelines and provide administrative production support.
• Perform quality checks of localized content and deliverables.

Requirements

• Very good English, at B2/C1 level, written and spoken.
• Ability to review Polish-language content and identify obvious errors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks using digital tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Understanding of dubbing, voice-over, subtitling, or audiovisual production.
• Familiarity with video or audio editing software and media formats.
• Experience in administration, customer service, coordination, or project support.
• Internship, student project, freelance, or coursework experience related to media, languages, production, or project coordination.
