TL;DR
Language Producer (Content Localization) (Dubbing/Subtitling): Managing end-to-end creative and linguistic localization for Netflix content in assigned languages with an accent on language quality, cultural authenticity, vendor strategy, and talent development. Focus on building scalable localization workflows, coordinating dubbing and subtitling resources, and driving quality improvements across TV, film, accessibility, marketing, and emerging media formats.

What you will do
- Set and maintain creative, linguistic, and quality standards for dubbing, subtitling, accessibility, titles, and marketing assets.
- Develop language strategies and monitor performance metrics and linguistic trends.
- Partner with Content Localization, Product Localization, Marketing, vendors, and global stakeholders.
- Manage language-specific vendors, resources, studios, and talent pipelines.
- Build relationships with dubbing and subtitling talent and monitor market, union, guild, and competitor activity.
- Improve workflows through tooling, automation, emerging media support, and scalable quality initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in content localization, dubbing, subtitling, or international versioning for TV or film services.
- Expertise in both dubbing and subtitling workflows, with strong linguistic and cultural judgment.
- Experience supervising multiple projects from development through delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of localization workflows, tools, and quality practices, with experience delivering language assets at scale.
- Fluency in English and Polish is required.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Nice to have
- Experience with SDH, Audio Description, accessibility standards, and emerging media formats.
- Fluency in Czech and/or Hungarian.
