Location: In-office position on 's main campus in Stephenville, Texas. Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evening and weekend hours required for university events and campus programming.
Salary: $44,000–$55,550.50 annually, commensurate with experience and subject to funding availability.

What you will do
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled safety inspections of facilities, laboratories, construction sites, and operational areas; document hazards and track corrective actions.
- Investigate workplace injuries, accidents, property damage, and near-miss incidents, including reporting and record maintenance in Origami and other systems.
- Coordinate safety, emergency preparedness, and compliance training, drills, educational outreach, and completion tracking.
- Maintain inspection reports, hazard assessments, corrective action logs, compliance records, retention documentation, and audit materials.
- Review certificates of insurance and support premiums, payments, claims documentation, contracts, special events, and risk transfer requirements.
- Support Programs for Minors administration, emergency preparedness, notification-system testing, business continuity, and Campus Security Authority duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Emergency Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Two years of related experience in administration, program management, risk, or compliance.
- Ability to support inspections, incident investigations, training administration, documentation, and compliance tracking.
- Must work in the office at the main campus in Stephenville, Texas.
- Employment is contingent on credential verification and completion of a criminal history investigation.
