PR Manager (Sweden Remote) (AI)

Location: Europe-based, fully remote. The UK, Germany or Sweden are a small plus for market proximity and occasional travel, but are not required.

What you will do

• Turn marketplace data, pricing and demand trends, breed rankings and survey results into publishable media stories.
• Build and manage a group editorial calendar across seven markets and seasonal news hooks.
• Own trust-and-safety transparency reporting, including blocked listings, intercepted scams, protected buyer funds and illegal import patterns.
• Find human-interest stories through breeder reviews, Trustpilot and support conversations.
• Act as PMG’s press desk and build direct relationships with journalists.
• Prepare country leads and founders for interviews with talking points, Q&A documents and data appendices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in PR, communications or journalism, preferably in-house, with personally secured coverage in national or major regional media.
• Ability to build compelling stories from data and use spreadsheets and dashboards to verify findings.
• Daily, active use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for research, drafting, localisation and workflow automation.
• Native-level English writing that requires no editing before reaching journalists.
• Ability to operate as a hands-on team of one while briefing and managing agencies and freelancers.

Nice to have

• Experience in reputation-exposed marketplaces or categories facing regulatory or campaigner scrutiny.
• Experience running consumer surveys with panels or survey tools.
• Digital PR experience with earned links, newsjacking and syndication.
