Associate - Software Development & Engineering (.NET/Angular)

Location: Austin, TX, United States; hybrid work with regular in-person collaboration

Salary: $92,000–$94,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities

What you will do

• Develop, test, and verify reliable software components for digital onboarding.
• Design components and features, decompose user stories, and prioritize development tasks with product owners and team members.
• Build scalable software using established development standards, unit testing, and integration practices.
• Resolve bugs and operational issues across software projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Communicate development plans, progress, and essential information clearly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with web-based technologies and at least one of C#, .NET, NoSQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, or RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, algorithms, and data structures.
• Analytical problem-solving, effective communication, and collaboration skills in Agile, cross-functional teams.
• Interest in applying AI tools and technologies to software development.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of current architecture and development standards.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and requirements-tracking tools such as Jira.
