What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and monitor production of customized engineer-to-order products based on customer orders and deadlines.
• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate production staff while driving safety, quality, productivity, and delivery targets.
• Manage production-floor workforce, equipment, tools, inventory, workflow, and bottleneck elimination.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with engineering, sales, purchasing, and maintenance.
• Support equipment maintenance and calibration, Lean continuous improvement, and digitalization initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe production environment and compliance with environmental and health standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a technical, engineering, or relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver results.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
