Paid Social Specialist (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Own paid social strategy and execution across a portfolio of ecommerce clients, primarily through Meta Ads.
• Build, launch, optimize, and scale conversion-focused campaigns for online purchases, revenue, and profitability.
• Manage Advantage+ Shopping campaigns, product catalogue strategies, audiences, budgets, and campaign structures.
• Analyze performance to improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, CAC, AOV, MER, and account efficiency.
• Present reporting and strategic recommendations to clients while collaborating with creative teams on testing and performance insights.
• Monitor automation, AI, platform updates, and emerging paid social products.

Requirements

• 2+ years of agency experience managing paid social campaigns for ecommerce brands.
• Recent hands-on experience with Meta campaigns optimized for online purchases and revenue.
• Experience with Advantage+ Shopping campaigns and product catalogues.
• Experience managing at least $50K in monthly Meta ad spend while maintaining performance and profitability targets.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce performance metrics and ability to communicate strategy and recommendations to clients and creative teams.
• Must live in Canada.
