What you will do

• Translate research intent into clear evaluation protocols, trial plans, and success criteria.
• Manage the end-to-end execution process from model handoff to final results.
• Train and manage evaluation pilots to ensure consistency across shifts and stations.
• Distinguish between model failures and issues related to hardware, setup, or data quality.
• Maintain experiment traceability, metadata, and evaluation setups.
• Track throughput and bottlenecks to continuously improve the evaluation process.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mountain View.
• Understanding of robotics or ML experimentation.
• Computer science background or hands-on coding experience.
• Strong execution and ownership skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to understand the intent behind experiments rather than just following instructions.

Nice to have

• Experience in robotics testing, data collection, lab operations, or QA.
